The company Schneider GmbH has proved to be a competent high-performance and quality-conscious manufacturer, supplier and partner in all product segments. When the company was founded in 1977 by Helga and Hans Schneider, the range of products was limited to a small specialised selection of products for the bakery sector.
From the beginning the focus was on baking release paper, siliconised on both sides. It was produced in a previously unknown top quality and introduced at first on the German market. Thanks to long-term entrepreneurial vision and foresight the core business has been continuously extended to pastry bags and a great variety of small equipment made of metal and plastic. At present, the portfolio comprises more than 4,500 items.
The special non-stick coating means that your baking products can be easily removed from the baking form. The use of ceramic particles means that the baking moulds have a particularly high wear resistance. The baking tins are resistant to fruit acid and ensure optimum heat conduction.

The high-quality WALTER baking moulds are made of non-stick coated or enamelled sheet steel. A very good conductivity ensures an optimal heat distribution and thus enables even baking. Everything turns brown at the same time. This gives WALTER baking moulds excellent baking properties, and the cakes brown evenly and well. In addition, WALTER Premium baking moulds are provided with a silicone coating. The dough can be easily removed from the mould. The coating also makes it easier to clean the moulds - just rinse them out with warm water immediately. The moulds are already baked at 200° C oven temperature and are ready for immediate use.
